I want to start off saying that we have been with this dentist for 1 year and have been satisfied with the service. The dentist is a WONDERFUL person and he always greeted us in a great way. However, the reception person at the office is a rude and disrespectful lady who has no professionalism what so ever. She speaks to everyone as if they were her friends and clowns them if they want to schedule an appointment during their busy hours. Constantly throws shade if you ask questions. My wife tried setting an appointment and all she said was “hahaha, good luck trying to get an appointment.” My wife immediately felt disrespected as she was nicely trying to make an appointment that would align with her time frame and the dentist hours. She also mentioned we had “too many kids?” so making an appointment would be hard? We have 2 kids…. In summary, The place is amazing and so is the dentist but avoid the receptionist. Don’t know how she even got hired from them.
