I saw a therapist here for 5 months, and in that time the billing company repeatedly made mistakes that caused a lot of financial stress for me. I talked to them multiple times about this, and nobody ever really cared. I can only conclude that they don't really care about their patients, as there was pretty much no real concern about a problem that they were causing, that resulted in worsening my mental health

This clinic charged me 3x for services I did not receive. One year past service dates. I had to call 3x over the course of a year to protest charges to my bank account and block them as a merchant to prevent any future charges. It’s giving scam & bad treatment of the population they are supposed to serve. I’d never go back for treatments after the weird billing process, constant needing to follow up and keep track of my own bills due to excess charges to my credit card.
