I’ll be honest, I was really nervous about seeing the eye doctor, but this office made the entire experience so much better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team, especially Yazmin and Monserrat, were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They made me feel welcome right away and helped ease my nerves. The doctor was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel much more comfortable. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, organized, and reassuring. I’m really glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you feel a little anxious about eye appointments like I did.
