There are better doctors who can give you the help you need without having to deal with the office manager and front staff who will cause anxiety to skyrocket. They charge insane cancellation fees of $300. Most places have a first time cancellation free and then afterwards they enforce but here there is no understanding even if you can't make it in due to other medical reasons. This is not a practice focused on your well-being, but instead focused on milking you for your money.

DO NOT GO HERE. I should have looked at the reviews here first. I will NOT be going back to this practice. The front office staff are not welcoming, and in my case, they didn't even look at my insurance information during any of my visits. Each time I came in, they tried to charge me $200 when I only have a $50 copay. Additionally, a work emergency occurred, and when I called to say I'd be a bit late, they informed me that I only had a 15 min appointment and they would be charging me the $250 missed appt fee. They wouldn't allow me to come in and be seen for the FIVE MINUTES it takes for the doctor to fill my prescription. I never received an email or anything about the charge, and only found out when I looked at my statement. Extremely unprofessional. I also found the doctor to be very dismissive of my concerns, and I didn't like how they made me come in every month for a 5 minute check-in just to refill a prescription. I've been going here for about 3 months, and each time I think it'll be a better experience. Don't make my mistake.
