I just called the dental office for the 1st time to make an appointment. Miriam answered, immediately after informing her of my health insurance which they accept, she started mentioning extra charges. I informed her that my insurance covers a general cleaning. This lady said oh you have an attitude, you seem entitled disrespected me completely then hung up on me. I would never recommend this place and will be reporting them to BBB as well as the Health Department. I recorded my call so I have evidence of exactly what transpired. Just like everyone else stated she’s nasty, disrespectful and should not be working there. In my opinion based on the reviews and my experience, she’s a miserable old lady and that’s the way her life will end, miserable!
