I had an appointment yesterday at 2pm to seee Dr Rodrigez. I got there at 2pm . I’ waited until 2:45 to be attended but nothing. I asked the secretary how long I have to wait and she told me I have to wait because he was busy. However, when I got to the office the doctor was coming in. So he was seeing no patients. I was another man waiting before me too. I asked the secretary how longer I have to wait and she told me he was busy. No respect for the patient no apology:

I think that your office manager Melani has no idea what is she doing. i just complained to medicaid in reference to forcing my dad to pay a copayment. /For your info. my dear you CANNOT force to pay a patient a coinsurance /copay /deductible. The only exception is to agree to bill before services are rendered. Obviously you have no idea. Just wait for the medicaid letter directed to your doctor. Did not appreciate the way you treated my 81 year old dad. AND REVIEW THE MEDICAID CONTRACT.
