Accord Urology Queens

So I came to this clinic because I was referred by my PCP and I am Eastern European so I thought that I was going to have a more personalized situation because it appears that some of the doctors at this clinic are from that region as well . What I saw in this office was about 25 people waiting for care and it was very much like a free clinic in the South Bronx where people were only spending about 5 minutes inside behind the door. It's definitely a case of profit over people here and I wouldn't recommend it because I didn't even get to see an actual doctor. The insurance that I have which is an HMO with Medicaid apparently warrants substandard treatment. It seems as if they push us with the lesser coverage on to their very young practitioners who just want to prescribe medication and I am a senior citizen and I did not feel comfortable talking to somebody in their thirties about my details. Now I have to find another urologist who doesn't have a sardine can situation in their office. I have a serious problem on my hands and I did not come do a medical establishment just to be told that I need to take pills which is something something I'm trying to avoid because of the harmful side effects and because I value my health. Big thumbs down.

I mean I was expecting to see Dr.Vitaly Raykhman the urologist, and I thoroughly researched his dossier, but when I went in the room and they told me that the doctor would be with me shortly, a nurse practitioner by the name of George Hanna came in the room instead and did not formally introduce himself,and we had a discussion and they did a bladder scan but I did not appreciate the bait and switch angle. I was expecting to see a medical doctor and not an NP. I am not even sure if I want to go back to this clinic because of this deceptive tactic. I understand that businesses want to make money but if I had known I was going to see somebody who did not have the credentials I would have scheduled an appointment at another place where I could see an actual specialist.

Dear Sir Good day Kindly note, Y'day I had an appointment with Dr. Glucksman, thought that will be given an injection in rectum with gel by anesthesia as informed by Dr. Choy, but Dr. Glucksman told tt I had already hormone injection which will be every 6 months, that's it. Besides, rcvd a msg from you, on same day appointment 12/03/25 at 11.45 am, I don't know about it, I am puzzled indeed. Can kindly make me clear Sir? Thank you Rgds/

Amazing service. Took my father there and he enjoyed it. Said Dr Vitaly was the best doctor he’s been to.

This doctor is one of the best; I had a medical procedure that involved surgery just two weeks ago, and I'm feeling like new.
