I called on a Monday morning to make an appointment. I left a message (as the voice recording said to), specifically saying that I would like to make an appointment to speak to someone regarding depression. Well, it's now Friday evening, and no one ever called me back. If no one in this practice has the compassion to call a patient back who specifically stated that they are depressed, then they are all in the wrong line of work. At this point, I would never go there.
