I went to get a mammogram and sonogram. Brought all paperwork required. As I am sitting there the technician went over to the receptionist and complained that she was not staying. The receptionist went in the back and came out and told the tech say the machine is not working. A few minutes later the receptionist said the machine is not working they will do sonogram first. This place is completely unprofessional. Employees with a attitude that do not want to work. Can you imagine be honest and say that the employee was not happy and wanted to go home and its a holiday week. Do not go to this place ever. Disgraceful!!!

When you enter they tell you to sit and wait, over 20 minutes later then you get the forms to fill out, then it’s another half hr wait even with an appointment. They take your email but cannot email your mri copy. 1 week later and the mri is not ready. The staff tells you to come in and pick up your mri and the manager said it is not ready. It seems like no one is willing to work or help. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. Zwanger radiology has always been the best, professional and ready!!!!
