My 73 y/o mom had an appointment today at 11:15 am. She arrived shortly after 10. My mom gave up waiting and left at 1pm without seeing a dentist. No one provided an update or any care. Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely unacceptable. I called Flatbush Family Health Center twice this week to follow up on information from my doctor — once they hung up on me mid-sentence, the other time I was yelled at by a staff member. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is disgraceful, especially from a healthcare provider. Avoid if you value basic courtesy.
