The front-desk staff is rude and negligent. I had to call 15 times before getting a response. My previous attempts were either purposely disconnected or left on an active line where I could overhear other patients' private information, a serious privacy concern!! When I finally reached someone, the staff member was dismissive and rude, ending the call by asking, "Are you done?" after I asked a simple question of appointment details. Total lack of basic courtesy and patient confidentiality. This office shows a total disregard for both patient courtesy and privacy.

Writing on behalf of my late mom and my father, both of who have seen Dr. Wu for many decades. Dr. Wu is a compassionate and caring physician. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for my parents (and I'm sure for all of his patients). I am forever grateful for the kindness he showed my parents for the years he served them. If people go into medicine to heal, serve and bring a sense of hope, Dr. Wu epitomizes that spirit.
