If I could give zero stars I would. The staff in the Middletown location are horrible! I called multiple times to speak to the “ counselor” I was Assigned Karima or however it’s spelled and no call back not once even though she stated she did I have no missed call nor voicemail. She is very rude & unprofessional!! I will never go back here and if you could, pick another location!!!! I am disgusted!

Do not go here all they see is dollar signs from your insurance and will do anything they can to keep you going to programs and other stuff you do not need.
