For the nine months that my Mom had been here at the Pearl of Naperville I have been mostly pleased with the services and assistance we have received from the staff. Five plus stars for CNA Tammie Sullivan. Tammie has helped us tremendously with my Mom’s transition here. Tammie’s is a very considerate caring person. She goes the extra miles for my Mom without us/me asking.🙏🏽🤗 For example, today is Tammie’s day off and she came into the Pearl to make sure that my Mom is up and dressed for her birthday. 🥳 Also, kudos to Jenny and her wound specialist team for taking care of my mom expeditiously and keeping me updated each and every time.

I would definitely recommend The Pearl of Naperville. I wanted to take a minute to thank and say how amazing the social worker Madelyn Pickering was in the short time my grandmother. From the very beginning Madelyn was very attentive, communicative and caring. It made it a bit difficult with me living out of state and being the main point of contact for my grandmother. Madelyn was aware of that and would take the time to answer all of my questions. She would consistently call me with any updates, suggestions, or to ask for approval before the staff would give any treatment. At one point she even said if she's calling too much to let her know, lol. But that was exactly what I needed! Madelyn always gave me clear and upfront information, and that made it much easier on me being so far away. The week before my grandmother passed, I was able to visit her and the Pearl and had the privilege of meeting Madelyn in person. She extended the same helpful attitude and friendliness that she did on the phone. I was amazed at the rest of the Pearl staff as well. They were all so friendly and caring. But I want to especially recognize Madelyn for the outstanding service she provided and for being exceptionally compassionate toward my grandmother and myself. If you are looking for a facility for a family member or have someone in another facility and are not happy with where they are I think you should strongly consider the Naperville location. The facility is clean; the staff is attentive and have employees that really do care.
