Dr. Wu is quite professional and knowledge. However, clinic is managed like an giant military industrial complex. Patients are overbooked for appointments and add the walk-ins, you're essentially sitting there hours beyond the time you scheduled your appointment. The wait is just too painful from a patient's perspective.
