Dr. Rafael is a very dedicated and skilled doctor. He is one of the most caring, empathetic, and compassionate physicians I had known. He has always gone above and beyond for his patients. He is an amazing teacher, and is very helpful both to his patients and his students. It was a privilege to work with him. There are many doctors out there but there's only a hand full that actually carry their profession at heart. Dr. Rafael is one of those few doctors. He cares for his patients, always ready to listen, explains test and lab work in detail and most importantly genuinely cares for his patients health and well being. Kind and friendly staff.
