Although I am aware of some of the negative reviews here (unfortunate), my experience has been different with Dr. Yung AND Dr. Ho. Initially I saw Dr. Ho (who was awesome) and who works in the same office as Dr Yung. She was personable, professional and helped me to clear up an ear infection. My follow up appointments were both with Dr. Yung. There is no incident I can report that would lead me to believe these appointments were anything but good, as both the office staff AND Dr. Yung were professional and courteous. All of my appointments at this office occurred on time (there was no wait) and the Dr. was still able to see me quickly even when I was late one day. All of my appointments were handled quickly, professionally and seemingly efficiently. I will be seeing them again in about 6 months or so, and will add to this review should the quality of my experience change.
