Bernardette Ong
My elderly parents waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Wong, for an appointment made over a month ago (not a last minute squeeze in). He saw my mom for less than 10 minutes. I asked to talk with him so I understand my mom's situation. After talking w/ me for less than a minute, when I asked for a short explanation of her condition, he whined "I can't do this! You can look it up." Then he recommended vitamins. When I asked what kind of vitamins, he again said "I can't do this! I have 80 patients waiting." What kind of patient care is this? Don't schedule so many patients if you can't give them the care they deserve. Obviously prioritizing quantity of patients/billing over quality of care.
