I normally do not leave reviews, but my experiences with this PCP Janyell Moquete have consistently been dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. My most recent visit was the final straw. I went in specifically for blood work requested by the ENT specialist that SHE referred me to. After rearranging my work schedule and showing up for the appointment, the first thing she said to me was, “I don’t do blood work for other doctors here,” in an extremely dismissive tone. There was no attempt to help, explain alternatives respectfully, or show any basic compassion for the inconvenience caused. Every interaction I’ve had with her has felt condescending, as if patients are being talked down to instead of cared for. She often speaks in a way that makes you feel stupid for asking questions or seeking help, which is unacceptable from a primary care physician. Healthcare is already stressful enough without feeling belittled or dismissed by the person who is supposed to advocate for your health. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely unsupported as a patient. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate or professional care.
