Took my grandfather for his procedure and met with an extremely nasty front desk secretary. Very mean, unprofessional and has no skills on how to speak with people! She should not be working at such a place that requires excellent interpersonal skills and compassion especially when families are dealing with sickness and disease. She speaks as if annoyed and with an attitude when you ask a question. Never looks at you just tells you to sit down. She’s rude and should be fired!

Dr. Mengsheng Shao, a Chinese-American physician, is a radiation oncologist at Flushing Radiation Oncology Service.
