I honestly wish I could give this office zero stars. I had blood work done and was told the doctor would call me with the results. I waited three weeks and never got a single call. Every time I reached out, the staff just kept telling me, “The doctor will call you” — but he never did. I had to keep calling myself just to finally get answers. When I looked at my own results, there were things that clearly needed to be discussed, especially since I had real symptoms and was worried. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and it felt like they simply didn’t care. Patients deserve respect, communication, and follow-up — not silence and runarounds. I truly hope this office improves how they treat people, because no one should be left waiting and ignored when it comes to their health.
