I had a recent appointment with Dr. Sham and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Sham took the time to explain everything in advance so I knew exactly what to expect. When it came time for the extraction, the procedure was quick and completely painless. I really appreciated the professionalism, care, and attention I received throughout my visit. I highly recommend R & I Dental PLLC for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Okay so I gave this place a second chance and I wish I hadn’t. During my first visit, I waited 40 mins from my appointment time to be seen. The actual cleaning was only about 5 mins, not thorough at all. Before leaving, the front desk provided me with an appointment card with a time and date for my follow up appointment (filling) that day rolls around and no one has called to texted to confirm the appointment. So, I call in the morning of. They said they had no appointment for me. Mind you, I was holding the appointment card THEY had provided me with. When I explained this, they apologized and said the next availability they had was next month- what a joke. After informing them I wouldn’t be able to make it that day (I’d be on vacation) they were able to find an appointment the following week. Great! I get to the office at my scheduled time and I wait an hour before being seen. What an absolute joke of an office.
