Honestly, the service is terrible. I understand that they don't speak Spanish and I don't speak English, and that this might be a barrier to communication. I only went for a simple urine test, and it's impossible that they couldn't even try to read what I was saying through the translator. They simply treated me badly and ignored what I was saying or what I was showing them on my phone with the translator. They really lack empathy and kindness.

The lady working the shift Friday July 18th, 2025 around 4:00pm, she was very nice. Personality aside being able to do your jobs is important, she was requested specifically to provide the titers for the IgG Varicella on the prescription by the doctor, yet the results came back for the IgM. This is ridiculous, I may end up dropped from my nursing program because the titers were not collected on the right data needed by the school. If Labcorp cannot fix this in time I will definitely make this a bigger issue.
