Let me just start by saying that I've been going to this clinic consistently for at least 10yrs, and I've never left feeling this way. The staff was surprisingly rude. There was a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic kindness. I work too hard to spend money with people who treat me as though I'm bothering them..

It's always a good day for me and my eyes when I've gotten to see Dr. Patel. You will never meet another medical professional as amazing as Dr. Patel. He's professional but warm, friendly, he's efficient but still hears you out. Not rushing you out or only half listening. And he remembers his patients even if it's a year between visits!! Been coming here for years. Oh and front desk and the rest of the staff are amazing too. Very minimal or non existent wait times. This place is the best!! -Raquel Gersten
