I didn't care to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time but once I met with the doctor, I understood why. She is one of the most thorough and respectful medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I dread going to any doctor but, apart from my very nice primary care nurse practitioner, Dr. Aliya Hot is the most thoughtful and respectful professional I've ever dealt with. She should give all MDs lessons on how to treat patients. Furthermore, her staff is lovely and the office is clean.

Terrible customer service, today just a few minutes ago I went with a problem with my daughter's class the front desk girl was doing nothing just on he's phone told me to wait for someone else, after 15 minutes of waiting not one person helped me, I bought 3 pairs of glasses. They just lost a good customer! I'm going or recommend nobody!
