My grandmother had a wonderful stay at Upper East Side Nursing & Rehabilitation. The staff truly care about their residents and treated her with kindness, patience, and respect at all times. The nursing and rehabilitation teams were excellent, and her progress exceeded our expectations. Communication with our family was clear and reassuring, and the facility was always clean and welcoming. They are also in the process of new renovations and building a new café, which shows their commitment to continuously improving the environment for residents and families. Most importantly, my grandmother felt safe, supported, and cared for like family. We are very grateful to the entire team and highly recommend this facility.

The Upper East Side Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a welcoming and friendly place with highly skilled physical and occupational therapists, caring and professional nurses and nursing assistants, and supportive social workers who are always there for you to advise and guide you through the system. Helping residents to achieve their best level of functioning is the overall goal with all staff working as a team. I highly recommend this facility.
