I had a really frustrating experience with this dental office. Their receptionist scheduled appointments for my kids on Sunday, 3/29/26, and we made the trip all the way from Manhattan to Flushing. When we arrived, the office was completely closed. We tried calling, and only then were we told that the receptionist was supposed to notify us that they wouldn’t be open—which clearly never happened. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to confirm appointments and then not follow through or communicate properly. Wasting families’ time like this, especially when traveling with kids, is unacceptable. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My 3 little ones have been visiting this office for years. My 6 year old got her fillings done with no complaints. The office is fantastic with kids who might be afraid of seeing the dentist. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
