I had a great experience at QAllcare urgent care and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of prompt medical attention. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Dr. Reid in particular was outstanding — incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with genuine empathy, but Dr. Reid truly went above and beyond. Overall, a smooth and reassuring visit during a stressful time. Excellent service and excellent care. Got a stye infection and Katherine gave me the type of care I needed and the type of procedure that was required and now the stye has been reduced to healed and in the process of being normal. I will absolutely go to her first again as my primary care physician or any health related conditions I have in the future. She is very professional and a very skilled physician and in my opinion, and is one of the better ones I’ve seen in a long time.
