Took my sis to get her denture done. $1,000 with Medicaid. Her temp denture was so horrible she couldn’t chew anything. She lost 7 lbs over two months. At the last visit to get her real denture, that horrible, terrible, money hungry receptionist called to tell me to bring $500 extra as if it’s nothing. When I asked docter, he said she told me and the receptionist said docter told me. After I expressed I will file a complain with small business bureau, they gave me $200 discount. It still doesn’t fit right and it’s so loose every time when she try’s to say something, denture pops out. They are in it for the money only and they see patient as cash cow only and they will try anything and everything to squeeze you out of every penny they can get. Don’t ever go there. You will wind up doing all over again and as the result, will wind up pay twice and more to fix the problem they created. I never experienced such a horrible and terrible place I my life.

This is probably the worst dentist practice in Queens. I initially went to address the gap between my tooth and the crown. They suggest replacing which I paid out of pocket. I noticed the gap was even worse after replacement, and after just 1 year, the crown broke in pieces when eating food. They would not take any responsibility and only tried to sell me more costly treatments such as implants (costs $3000+ on the same tooth). It's like they purposely did a bad job on the crown replacement and pocketed my $1500 so they can do an implant when it gets worse. Please stay away from here at all costs.
