Hello, I’ve been a patient at this facility since I was about 19, and I am now 34. I’ve always had a great experience with the doctors, which is why I continue to come here. However, over the past few years, my experience with the front desk has made me feel uncomfortable and, at times, disrespected. I want to be clear that I am not a difficult patient. I have a job and children, and I simply ask questions to make sure my appointments are correct. Recently, when I called to ask about doctor availability since my previous doctor is no longer there, I felt dismissed and spoken to rudely by Jason. Afterward, when I spoke to another staff member, she already seemed to know who I was without asking for my information, which made me feel like I had been discussed negatively beforehand. This is especially frustrating because my children attend the facility across the street (I believe it’s 890), and I’ve had nothing but great experiences there. The staff is always kind, patient, and professional—you can even ask them about me and my children, as I’ve never had any issues there. I truly want to continue coming here because I trust the doctors, but the front desk experience has made me hesitant to even call or come in. I also know I’m not the only one who has had these concerns. To be fair, I would rate this facility five stars overall because the doctors are excellent. However, the front desk experience would be a one star, specifically based on my interactions with Jason. I am sharing this so the issue can be addressed, not to take away from the quality of care provided by the rest of the facility. Thank you for taking this into consideration.
