Been a patient there for 2 years. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. But, my experience at this doctor’s office was deeply disappointing. The staff is not only disorganized and incompetent, but also shockingly rude and unprofessional. When problems arise, there’s no accountability. What’s worse is the dishonest communication. I was misinformed multiple times that my prior authorization was sent to insurance, but when I checked nothing was submitted. When I tried to get clarification, I was met with defensiveness and attitude rather than help. Then, hung up on my call and when I called back to get my medical file was just left there with no response. Basic courtesy and transparency seems to be completely lacking. Beyond disappointed as healthcare workers should be caring and trustworthy, but I am left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or compassionate medical support.
