This company refuses to allow you to cancel your insurance. There is a “grace period” for cancellation requests that forces you to stay on their insurance. There is a very rude and unprofessional “customer care” rep - Robert - that will tell you “the cancellation department will have to call you. There is no way to expedite this process”. Basically, it’s to postpone the ability to change insurances and make it extremely difficult to move on from that company. Which, will also leave you uninsured for a time while you’re in limbo between insurances. When attempting to cancel, the will say that it’s “policy” to know why - basically it’s a gimmick to tell their sales team or try and find a loophole as to why to postpone cancellation request. Do not sign up, it’s a nightmare to get out and find proper coverage.

Excellent facility! They are always on top of appointments, reminding individuals before the day of and also sending you the notes of appointments. There can be delays during visit because the facility serves a large population of individuals that are typically underserved. They also sponsor community events for things such as HIV awareness and substance abuse and misuse events. Overall they provide excellent services.
