Title: Great doctor, terrible staff – be very careful with your cases The doctor K himself is cool, professional and to the point. The staff, on the other hand, has no idea what they're doing. They mix up your cases, confuse body parts, and can't keep anything straight. Even when the walk-in clinic is completely empty, they'll still make you wait one to two hours for no reason. One staff member in particular — a Black woman with acne/pimples on her face — is extremely rude and impolite. Every time I interact with her, she's nasty and unprofessional. She's only nice to Spanish-speaking people. The employees are always rushing to leave early. They don't seem to care about serving the community. The office closes right before most people get off work, and they refuse to stay late because management won't hire enough staff. Employees want to come in late and leave early, which is exactly why this place never stays open later. From what I've seen, there are only one or two people who actually stay in the office and do their job. The rude young woman works up front by the computer at the Richmond Hill office — maybe that's why everyone else parks in the back. Be very careful if you have multiple cases. You might come in for your accident case, but they'll be working on your Workers' Comp case instead. Or you'll show up for PT related to your accident, and they'll use up your Workers' Comp PT without telling you. Things won't line up, and they will not help you sort it out. Today really pushed me over the edge. I wrote all this because I'm so frustrated. I just wanted to say goodbye to my doctor K. Instead, they made me wait an hour and a half, lied and said I was "next," and wasted my time. From desk Staff always messing up. Bottom line: The doctor is great. But the staff is horrible. Be careful watch Staff mistakes. I have been coming here 5 year or more. Long Island location much more organized and nice period.
