I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist during my child’s visit. The dentist was not gentle or reassuring with my daughter at all. While examining her gums, she used tools in a way that caused bleeding, and didn’t check if my child was okay or comfortable. That felt unnecessary and upsetting, especially for a young patient. I also felt uncomfortable with how services were discussed. I was encouraged to pay out of pocket for something that is normally covered by our regular dentist. Even after I explained this, I felt pressured and judged for not agreeing to pay immediately. Overall, I don’t think this practice is a good choice for children. A pediatric-friendly approach requires patience, care, and understanding, which we did not experience here. I won’t be returning.
