A year ago, I was dealing with very bad neck, shoulder, and back pain. Dr. Nidhi took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and handled my pain with such care at my first visit. My therapy sessions were with Eric (Physical Therapist) and every therapy session, he was so kind and patient handling my pain. He was always checking in, adjusting techniques, and making sure I was comfortable. He explained what was causing the pain and gave me exercises that actually made a difference. I am so grateful for his kind gesture, compassion and encouragement when I needed it most. I’m currently seeing Rawdah (Occupational Therapist) for pain and stiffness in my arms and hands, and she is the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and skilled. The exercises and hands-on work we do have already improved my mobility and strength. She celebrates every bit of progress with her beautiful smile with me, which makes such a difference on the hard days. If you need an OT who truly cares and gets results, she is the one. The environment here is so positive. Receptionist, Aids, Therapists - everyone is helpful and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care. I’m so grateful for this whole team and highly recommend Polaris Physical Therapy.
