I had a 15-min consultation scheduled with Alexmi today, and she never called me and I never received a message notifying me of a cancellation or delay. While I understand that things happen and schedules change, I do not understand not even informing a potential new client of a conflict in your schedule. I can't fully put into words how triggering this is for someone who is in a vulnerable space and looking for someone who they can trust and talk to. If you can't even show up for a consultation or communicate that there's an issue, then you shouldn't call yourself a therapist. Professionalism and reliability are the bare minimum and you failed to meet that.

Alexmi canceled her initial appointment with me 2 hours before it was supposed to start. I rescheduled with Alexmi for the following week only for Alexmi to never show up to our appointment. She did not reach out or make any attempt to contact me or compensate me. If you actually need help don't go here, they wont respond.
