PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Doctor and xray tech were awesome. Professional and clearly explained what steps to take next for my child’s foot fracture. Given appropriate school note, referral to an orthopedic specialist, explained X-ray results, prognosis and provided with a surgical boot and treatment options. Was able to book visit online and was seen within 10 minutes. The whole place was clean, comfortable and especially appealing for children. Would definitely recommend for any Pediatric urgent care matters if you live in the area. Parking however is a challenge as this location is right in the Shopping center next to a cube smart storage center, large nail salon, hibachi bar, and a club/lounge. Because of the time and day I got lucky a secured a spot directly in front of the building. There is another PM pediatric urgent care in Yonkers on Central Park Ave if you drive , with a larger parking lot as an alternative option. Or you may be better off taking the train , bus or uber.

We have been going there since the office opened. It's easy to make an appointment and walk-ins are a breeze. We took a break for about a year or so, strictly due to our insurance coverage (former insurance billed visits as out-of-network). Everyone is always professional and friendly. The doctors and nurses have great bedside manners and are attentive to children and parent concerns. The offices are always clean with ample seating for busy days. You can always opt to sit in your car (there IS parking!) and will be alerted when you are next in the queue when they are busy. Overall, we have not had a bad experience.
