I love my primary care doc--he's always helpful, careful and follows up. His referrals to specialists have been excellent.When I've been sick, either in town or out-of-town and need quick advice, the One Medical nurse practitioner or physician's assistant speaks with me directly and offers useful advice and prescriptions as necessary. Though I was horrified to learn that Amazon took over One Medical, I must say that service as stayed excellent and that the entire system seems to be efficient, caring and effective. I've been with One Medical for over 7 years and am very happy with the care.

Doctors at 796 Union Street in Brooklyn including my primary care physician, Victoria Pierre-Louis, are friendly, knowledgable, available, and prompt in reporting back to me with all lab results, x-rays, referral notifications, and advice. Their superb care also applies to the excellent office staff and lab technicians.
