I went to this facility in 2024 for my annual exam/Pap smear after booking an appointment with NP Keavern Kirby through Zocdoc, and it was one of the worst medical appointments I’ve ever experienced. The Pap smear was extremely painful, and there was no compassion, gentleness, or reassurance during the exam. I also felt rushed, and several parts of a typical gynecological annual exam were not performed. The experience was so upsetting that I avoided getting a Pap smear in 2025 because of the anxiety it caused me. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

This office deserves 0 stars. The office manager Eda or Eden is so tacky and disrespectful. I requested my medical records weeks in advance and this woman tried to explain that medical records take , ink, printing and time. You have got to be kidding. Insurances companies keep the lights on in your office honey you’re expected to do the job you’re paid for. Completely disrespectful, lazy and unprofessional. Have a professional address your concerns, deliver your babies and conduct your exams. The processes here are dated, they don’t follow up on lab work and with their ratings they probably won’t be opened long.
