The staff is warm, friendly & very helpful. Easy process. I filled out all forms in advance in the portal. Dr. Zhao is just as I expected her to be after reading all the other excellent reviews. Lovely demeanor. Listened to my situation & took immediate action. This was my first visit. Now we explore the issues & see what she has in store to heal them. She saw me at my scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Michael Dann, is an exceptional gastroenterologist. He cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen attentively, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. What really stands out is his amazing memory—he remembers details about your history and concerns without you having to repeat yourself. He is absolutely top-notch and sets the standard for what a doctor should be: attentive, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable. I always feel heard, supported, and confident in his care. Highly recommend.
