I just started with the firm and felt safe and cared for at every visit. It's clean partially handicapped accessible. The lobby is not wheelchair accessible being filled with chairs. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, caring and very efficient. They have a large ramp for walkers at their entrance. The place is clean and has an accessible bathroom with several therapy beds and uses tens units but they provide heat,cold and massage therapy. They are very conscientious of patient safety and well being as well improving their overall health. Patients are treated to level of their ability and pushed to improve their capacity. All the personnel are very caring and attentive evaluating their patients level of capacity at each visit they determine how much physical therapy work can be done at every session. They do have a pain management doctor on occasion who does workers compensation evaluations. He is not there for standard patient visits.
