Love Dr. Gallardo, he is great and always listens and extremely patient. As for the medical assistant, she is rude and dismissive. Dealing with patients is not easy and I get that, BUT, maybe she should take a training on how to deal with people and if not this may not be the job for her.

My first experience was okay. The doctor, Dr. Sandra Lopez is great. She’s super friendly, engaged, and professional. The people assigned to the front desk are okay. The women, are very courteous and well spoken. One of the front desk clerk was coughing up his lung and not properly wearing his mask. I don’t know how his peers were sitting next to him. The second time I went , I was told to come at X time and was still waiting close to an hour later. Just to get some lab work done, which they called me to tell me what time was best for me to come. I think long wait times are completely unprofessional. We got there early, 1st there. 45 min later there were 4 families in a small waiting area. I called yesterday to make an appointment and the person kept cutting me off asking for the DOB. The person was a male, completely rude. I called back hoping to get someone else. I got the same person. This time he said he couldn’t spend 20 minutes on the phone cuz he’s the only person there. I told him I will call back. I refuse to speak to a rude person on the phone. Well I took screen shots of both my call durations. The first was 2 min the second call was 1 min, most of the time on the phone was with the music playing on hold. I will also be booking my appointment in person. I’m sure the service will be different in person. Not everyone can work jobs that require you to be customer facing.
