Darius should not be working here. I called to make an appointment for my son and the attitude was beyond unprofessional, the side commentary he made out loud "what is she talking about bro" - the snarky tone, the interrupting and speaking over me, all beyond distasteful. When I asked him to take a pause and reflect on how he is speaking to me because it was rude, and to please let me finish my sentence so i could give him the information he needed he proceeded to again speak over me. He couldn't see the insurance match for the doctor but every time I attempted to give the reference number that would allow him to see the needed information to schedule. I asked to speak to someone else so that I could talk to them about their behavior he laughed and said he could take a message. It isn't funny. My son or anyone's child should not be back tracked in appointments because of an incompetent and rude person and no parent should be dealing with this type of behavior in a medical office.
