Pediatric Family Mdpc

I don’t know what the receptionists do besides sit down and be on their phone. I called two days ahead to make an appointment and scheduled me for 9am. I go the day of at 9 only for the lady with an attitude to tell me sit down and wait after 10am. How you tell me 9am and I waited up until 11 for no call. Oh then you tell me I’m a walk-in. I’m over this clinic. Been coming here since young and these receptionist can’t do a decent job. Especially the two Dominican ladies always got some attitude. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here.

This is the worst clinic ever . the workers are very rude and they all ways busy doing something Else otter then helping customers . they have no idea about costumer service. went I book appointment the doctor never see my daughter on time even if I get there before the appointment . Or what they do is they cancel the appointment on the last minute . so do you child a favor don't go there you deserve something better specially. if you are paying for it
