Never met the doctor but called the office over 15 times and all 15 times this puts me on hold..then heard this 1970's porn music for 30 minutes before the call automatically disconnected. Terrible things to do new/prospective patient.

Dr Paul Stoopack is an excellent doctor. I’m happy how he talks to his patient. He does not rush. The problem though is his office and his staff. Always difficult to call to speak to a human being. It’s always the voicemail. After several attempts, I went personally to the office to deal with it. However, the person I spoke to in the office is very rude and very unprofessional. They need to be retrained for a better customer service. In addition, please modify your voicemail to at least include the hours as to when a staff is truly available to speak to? Your vm is deceiving. My rating is low because the office needs improvement.
