I completed this program a couple years ago and I just called to get some records in which I believe they should have of all patients a lady named Jennings very rude unhelpful unprofessional has no extensive vocabulary basically told me that I cannot get them..... That I would have to go to another program and te complete?? She never understood that I attended this program voluntarily but she kept insisting if I was mandated...... Wow is this what this program to help people that can’t help themselves people who are looking for help treat people? I can’t imagine the people that are mandated if staff like Jennings that only with a phone call had got agitated... All I wanted was my records.
