A very bad experience. My therapist confirmed that the practice accepted my insurance copay as payment. When I received my bill I shocked and disappointed to see that the payment accepted was a deductible which was trip my copay. I contacted the practice and informed them that/my therapist confirmed that was copay was accepted which of course they said wasn’t accurate. I then contacted my therapist and he said that he made a mistake and apologized but said that there was nothing he could do. So now I’m stuck with a huge bill which I can’t afford.
