I have never had such a disrespectful, terrible experience with a doctor. Jackness is much more interested in cashing people's checks than providing any semblance of patient care. STAY FAR FAR AWAY unless you feel like spending months trying to chase him down for test results that you've paid hundreds of dollars for. He does not see his patients as real people suffering from actual symptoms, just cash cows to be milked when he's ready for his next vacation. The office will tell you this has never happened and is 'so unlike him', but the other reviews talking about this unprofessional behavior clearly indicate otherwise. EDIT: Of course, Jackness has rushed to defend himself here. Mind you he has the time to do this, but STILL has not sent me my test results. He’s also lying - he didn’t contact me from his vacation, I contacted him and he blew me off. I only contacted him while he was out of office because he told me he would have my results within a few days, and if not to contact him. He blew me off, and here we are eight and a half weeks later. I am not interested in receiving further care from such a careless doctor, send me my results so I can have a legitimate professional review them. I gave the office all of my correct contact information, these excuses are firmly their fault. As Jackness admits, he has the contact info of another doctor of mine who he could have easily called to confirm my contact information. He’s also lying about not having my correct phone number, because he’s lying that he tried to contact me while he was vacationing. So which one is it? He just ghosted because it was more convenient for him. It should never have taken me pestering his office to get to this point. And I STILL do not have the results, and I’m STILL being instructed to call his office. There is no reason for me to continue to call the office and be blown off. How about you guys just email them to me, like I have been asking for ages?
