Dr. Denine Hasan
I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding my recent experience with the Assistant Director of Compliance, Ms. Amanda Peterson. Throughout this process, I have made multiple attempts to provide relevant documentation to support my son’s situation. However, these efforts were met with a refusal to review the materials, which I found both discouraging and unreasonable. This lack of consideration and unwillingness to examine the full context has directly contributed to my son now being placed in a difficult and avoidable situation. I believe that a more open-minded and thorough review of the information could have led to a different and more appropriate outcome. Additionally, I was informed that the deposit we submitted is nonrefundable. Given the circumstances—particularly the refusal to review supporting documentation—I find this decision deeply concerning and unfair. We acted in good faith throughout this process, and it is disheartening to feel that our efforts were disregarded. I wonder why any institution would put a closed minded individual in a position like this that lacks empathy and regard for other human beings. I also reached out to the president of the school but never received a response. I guess I should have expected that. For the price of tuition I would think they would treat prospective students and their families much better. Or maybe they are showing what the school really thinks of people that do not look like them.
