I had superb experience from the moment i walked in the building and going to basement from guards, receptionist, to nurses, assistant, radiologist and doctor who did my hsg (he’s excellent!) they are all professional, kind, considerate, helpful and understanding. Shoutout also to Tiffany who booked my hsg and to Dr. Decorato, he’s very kind, they all answered my inquiries and provided me support. Thank you all so much. The test alone gave me anxiety and fear but they were very supportive, kind and the procedure went smoothly. I’m glad my doctor recommended this office. I highly recommend.

I made a reservation with Shayna Guymon PA for HSG test via a receptionist. I double confirmed with the receptionist because I wanted to do the test with this doctor. The receptionist suggested a date and time so I followed. I arrived at the office today and found out the doctor was not even there, people at the office say the doctor doesn’t have a consistent schedule and she is not there today. I had to travel all the way here while canceling other duties. I am not sure how the receptionist schedule thier patients’ appointment. They schedule it without checking the doctor’s schedule and appoint a doctor ramdomly.
