I visited here today, most of the staff are nice and great except for Dr. Horta-Santini who was extremely rushed and was strict and cold towards me. While examining my eye, he said "open your eyes, I'm an eye doctor!!!" well I'm trying very hard to open my eyes, my eyes just won't open , what am I supposed to do?? He said I have Exotropia in my right eye and that I have to go see a Strabismus Specialist and either get glasses or have surgery, I asked him if that will cure my condition, he replied: "Don't ask me, that's for you to discuss with the Specialist." I asked him again if it is a painful surgery, once again he just replied: "Don't ask me, that's for you to discuss with the Specialist." All the time when he was talking, he was mumbling in very quick bursts of very bad incomprehensible broken English, I couldn't figure if he was actually talking to me or one of the assistants in the room. Overall I had a very bad experience and I have decided to not go again to this opthalmologist. The one star is for all the nice staff except for Dr. Horta-Santini.
